Yesterday we gave out our 6th Member of the Month award for 2023.
All of our members hit between 3 and 5 workouts a week, so while the Members of the Month get vouchers/various prizes they pale into insignificance when compared to the overall benefits all our members receive.
Benefits like committing to improving their health and the satisfaction of sticking to the plan.
Like increased strength, improved body composition and better confidence.
Or decreased blood pressure and improved endurance.
How about a reduction in mortality.
Even improved energy and better ability to enjoy everything from a night out, to playing with your kids, to going for a hike. Along with an improved ability to be sharper and more effective at work…
If your New Years resolutions feel like a long list memory at this stage, or you’re a bit stuck with your health and fitness at this point, the good news is that there’s 6 months of 2023 left.
Even committing to 3 workouts/week during that time period gives you the chance to make significant inroads (with 72 workouts) on accumulating the benefits above.
Undoubtedly a far, far more favourable direction to take than keeping your fitness on the back burner to when “it’ll be easier to get going”.
Which it never really is…
