“It all started when I realised I was getting close to my thirties and was still in my boy body, which is great and all, but, some things had to be done...
 
Coincidentally enough, my job was right across the street from TFS ( CFC ) and I thought to myself, no more excuses!

I rang the phone number and Shane picked up. The very next day we had a meeting in the gym. I'll go out on a limb here and say it was love at first insult joke ( made by me ) but he might disagree. Shane showed me around the gym and explained what we could do to make me - a beast that I am today! He made a diet plan for me, counting every calorie, and making sure I ate enough food and drank enough water, even on the days I didn't attend the gym! I chose to take the semi - private class in the morning, and did so three to four times a week, for over a year. My progress was very good, I saw changes on my body very quickly and that gave me the motivation to keep going and keep pushing myself. One of the main reasons I kept going was definitely the professionalism and the spirit of our good OLD Shane from Donegal, who, right after I pushed trough the thick accent and got to understand the words coming out of his mouth, became one of my favourite people.

All joking aside, TFS ( CFC ) really is the space to progress! You can expect nothing but friendliness, professionalism, kindness, some very questionable music taste and of course - results!”
