As a gym we provide a safe place for people to train hard, have fun and become part

Every session in The Fitness Society is with a Personal Trainer, and covers a mix of Mobility, Strength, Conditioning and High Intensity work to make sure you get the best results possible for you as quickly as you can.
Our focus is to get you training consistently, in a structured and enjoyable manner where you can feel confident that you will be working towards your best results. With the support, encouragement and accountability necessary to help you maximise the results you are looking for.

No. Our programs cater for the complete novice right through to experienced trainers. All you need is a genuine desire to improve your health and the attitude that you will work hard with us to progress.
While we use a lot of effective body weight exercises, we also use a range of fitness equipment from Air Assault bikes to Kettlebells to Barbells. Basically we use the most relevant equipment to help you hit your goals as effectively and safely as possible.
In our semi private we have up to 5 people doing their personalised programs at a time. In our Small Group sessions we have up to 6 - Covid allowing.
We have a strict policy of every piece of equipment being sanitised before and after use. Regular cleaning of the gym, maintaining social distancing. Ensuring that no one comes to the gym if they are showing any symptoms at all and we also have a MAC 500 on site constantly cleaning the air in the gym.
