– 10 minutes of meditation/mindset work a day = over 60 hours a year

– 8,000 steps a day = 292,000 a year

– 5 portions of fruit and veg a day = 1,825/year

208 + 730 + 60 + 292,000 + 1,825 = a hell of a lot more energy, confidence, weight lost, lean tissue built, strength and immunity.

Don’t overestimate what you can achieve in a day but underestimate what you can do over a year.
